As a special initiative by the Kanyakumari District Police, free four-wheeler driving training for the families of police personnel was launched last October by District Superintendent of Police Dr. R. Stalin IPS at the Armed Reserve.
After undergoing two training sessions daily for the past two months, 20 beneficiaries from police families received their driving licenses today, handed over directly by the District Superintendent of Police.
The homemakers who received their licenses expressed their gratitude to the SP for creating this valuable opportunity for them.
Additional Superintendents of Police—Headquarters & Cyber Crime Mr. Mathiyazhagan, Mr. Nagasankar, Kulachal Sub-Division Assistant Superintendent of Police Ms. Regha R. Nanglot IPS, and Sub-Divisional Deputy Superintendents of Police from Marthandam, Thuckalay, SJ&HR, and Kanyakumari Sub-Divisions Mr. Nallasivam, Mr. Parthiban, Mr. Sivasankaran, and Mr. Jeyachandran were present.
Training Deputy Superintendent of Police Mr. Elancheliyan, Inspectors Ms. Sai Lakshmi, Mr. Arun, police personnel, and their families also participated in the event.
